Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. We do not intentionally store complete credit card numbers on our own website servers. Payment information is generally collected and processed by third-party payment processors.

iLeadership Forum may touch on leadership, execution, ambition, work, responsibility, AI, human intelligence, motivation, meaning, decision-making, business pressure, personal discipline, time use, strategic focus and the gap between stated aims and actual weekly proof. You may choose to provide information that could be sensitive.
Sensitive information may include information about health, religious beliefs, philosophical beliefs, racial or ethnic origin, sexual orientation, political opinions, membership of associations, or other sensitive matters.

8. Live online challenges, streaming and recordings
iLeadership Forum may include live monthly online challenges, masterclasses, forums, workshops, webinars, meetings, streamed sessions, recordings, replays, group discussions, chat features, questions, comments, polls, surveys or other interactive elements.
If you register for or participate in an event, we may collect information such as your registration details, attendance details, access details, chat messages, submitted questions, comments, poll responses, survey responses, technical participation data, livestream access information, replay access information and follow-up engagement information.
We may record live online events. If you choose to appear on camera, speak, ask a question, post in chat, submit comments, respond to polls, participate in discussion, or otherwise contribute, your name, image, voice, comments, questions or other participation may be captured in a recording or replay.
Where practical, we may provide ways to participate without appearing on camera or being publicly identified.
You should not share personal, sensitive or confidential information in group settings, chat messages, live questions, comments, polls, event discussions or public participation features unless you are comfortable with that information being seen, heard, stored or processed in that setting.
Replay access, recordings and post-event materials may not always be available. Where replays are available, access may be subject to registration status, purchase status, access period, platform availability, technical limitations and any applicable terms.
You must not record, screenshot, publish, redistribute, livestream, transmit, share or make available any iLeadership Forum session, livestream, replay, recording, event access link, workbook, implementation material or private communication without our prior written permission.
9. AQMeets access, implementation packs and related services
iLeadership Forum may be connected with AQMeets, implementation packs, workbooks, onboarding materials, guided emails, replay access, consultations, member portal access, trial access, subscriptions, or other related services.
If you purchase, register for, receive, activate, cancel or use any related AQMeets, implementation pack, subscription, member access, onboarding or digital product, we may collect and use personal information necessary to administer that access.
This may include your name, email address, purchase details, payment status, member access status, subscription status, cancellation status, onboarding status, support requests, access records and communications.
